Buried metallic structures such as pipelines, underground storage tanks, and well casings, are susceptible to the effects of corrosion. In an effort to protect these buried structures, groundbed systems are often installed as a means of cathodic protection.

START-UP TESTING

ARK Engineering's Installation and Testing Division staff has extensive experience in the installation of cathodic protection groundbed systems. Great care is taken to properly install the cathodic protection groundbed materials so that they will meet their design life expectations.

We perform all of the necessary testing and adjustments to the systems, to ensure that the equipment is functioning as designed and is effectively protecting the buried structure.
